End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User Licence Agreement ("Agreement") governs access to and use of the Intelligyn Education Platform ("Platform"). The Platform is owned and operated by Intelligyn AB (Organisation Number 559371-0873, Sweden). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.
1. Licence Grant
Intelligyn grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for educational and training purposes. No ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.
2. Intellectual Property
All Platform content, including but not limited to annotated images, clinical cases, algorithms, text, interface design, code, and analytics, is the exclusive property of Intelligyn AB and protected under international copyright and intellectual property laws.
You must not:
Copy, reproduce, store, scrape, or distribute any content.
Circumvent access controls, security measures, or watermarks.
Use any automated tools (including bots, crawlers, or AI agents) to collect data from the Platform.
Modify or create derivative works based on the Platform or its materials.
Patent Pending.
3. Access and Authentication
Access to annotated images, cases, or diagnostic content requires user authentication.
By logging in, you:
Confirm that you are an authorised user.
Consent to Intelligyn monitoring and recording access for compliance and security.
Agree not to share your login credentials or permit unauthorised access.
Intelligyn reserves the right to suspend or revoke access if misuse or violation is detected.
4. Prohibited Uses
You must not use the Platform to:
Attempt to identify any real patients.
Use or reference Platform materials for clinical diagnosis, patient management, or commercial purposes.
Decompile, reverse engineer, or extract any data or algorithms.
Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious code or content.
5. Disclaimer of Medical Use
The Platform is provided for educational purposes only.
It is not a medical device and must not be used for clinical decision-making, diagnosis, or patient treatment.
You acknowledge that use of the Platform does not substitute for professional medical training, judgement, or accreditation.
6. User Data and Privacy
Your use of the Platform is also governed by Intelligyn’s Privacy Policy available at www.intelligyn.ai/privacy.
By using the Platform, you consent to:
Collection of login, usage, and performance data for educational analytics, compliance, and improvement.
Processing of data in accordance with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
7. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Intelligyn AB disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform’s operation, accuracy, or availability.
Intelligyn is not liable for:
Any direct or indirect loss arising from use or inability to use the Platform.
Errors or inaccuracies in educational material.
Downtime, data loss, or unauthorised access.
Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user (if any) for Platform access.
8. Termination
Intelligyn may suspend or terminate your access at any time without notice if you breach this Agreement or misuse the Platform.
Upon termination, you must immediately cease use of all Platform materials.
9. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the Stockholm District Court unless otherwise required by local law or by GE HealthCare’s Marketplace terms.
